You are entitled to choose an exchange, repair, refund or credit according to the Consumer Guarantees Act if the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications, descriptions, is unsafe or faulty.
If no notice to is given within 30 days after delivery, that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion if a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal order or failure to take reasonable care.
Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
BULK / Custom Merchandise

Sample orders cannot be returned for credit. Sample orders are deemed as any orders under 5 items.
Merch On is not liable to contribute to any screen-printing costs or pay for reprinting under any circumstances on items not purchased through Merch On.
Merchandise that is printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated by the purchasing is non-returnable unless there is a fault with the garment.
Once you have confirmed your logo or custom design, any printing issues including bleeding that are due to the design are not the responsibility of Merch On an still require payment.
All logo placements are approved and accepted by paying deposit.
